Need a decision about Hepatitis C (HCV) in 3-Steps or Less
If your risk for having HCV is unknown - complete the two questionnaires in Step #1 below.

If the two HCV screening questionnaires indicate that you have no risk of exposure to HCV, then no additional evaluation is needed.

If, after completing the two HCV screening questionnaires, the indication is that you are at risk for having been exposed to HCV, then contact HRA to discuss Steps #2 and #3.
